As we start working on translation after the freeze, is it possible, if any
change occurred, to announce the exact modified po files?
This is necessary to speed up our translation work.

What happens as the bug fixes to code are made and there may be changes to UI
strings? Do they put the new strings into PO files and update the ones in LO
3.5.x in each language area?
