Mozilla is using a funny TMS called Pontoon. https://pontoon.mozilla.org/.
We are using it to localize Mozilla content and software (into Kabyle, in
my case).

ask.libreoffice.org/eu (Basque) exists but it doesn't seem to be
"integrated", the design is different and users seem to be redirected to
the English site.

¿Could this be addressed please?

[libreoffice-l10n] Pootle downtime

Pardon my French but the Pootle downtimes are getting ridiculous. Surely 
to goodness there must be a way of running upgrades without bringing 
down a live system for a month or two at a time...
