only daily build that uploads the qtz language pack is for Windows.

I created a accelerator key report for KeyID from a master build (a few
days old though).
That way you can easily compare the reports to find the menu entries in
Pootle.

Should there really be an error in this case?
I changed the string in Pootle so that the problem doesn't interfere
with the upcoming release. But it feels wrong to change these function
names that has been the same for a long time.

in new lo-build-*.po does not appear, try
rm stamp/build.extra.translations
stamp/build.extra.translations.lang.list
and run make again.
