Although my Arabic is very poor I was able to figure that the Arabic
website is still advising the users to download LibreOffice 4, and the
images match this version.
I can change the number and maybe provide some screenshots but I think that
an Arabic speaker will probably do it better

Would you mind setting up a page for the Dutch User Guides, as we have
quite some recent documentation available. Could you shortly explain how
we can upload our docs?
