Dorothy's lace is absolutely beautiful! It is quite an achievement from
concept, design, to finish...I can only imagine the work involved and
perseverance along the way, though as it looks so lovely, I hope that the
lacemaker enjoyed the journey ;)

I looked more carefully now with better light. I thought the lines were
green, but you're right, they are blue.

I will be going to Madrid for two days in May and another three in Rome. Is
there anything lace / embroidery worth pursuing. I tried finding something
in Rome just over a year ago, but was unsuccessful - just checking in case
there is something new, but I have never been to Madrid so have no idea.
