I haven't received any of Jeri's emails for several years in spite of having her in my contacts and putting her in my approved list. They don't even go into my junk/spam folder Like several other ISPs, AOL is filtered out by mine so I don't receive any mail from AOL addresses and there's nothing

Hi Cindy, I also no longer get Jeri's emails, and I do check my spam folder every day or two because this is a 'clean account' and I'm not yet getting genuine spam. For a while I'd tell my spam folder they were "Not Spam" and move them out of there, but now they've stopped showing up altogether.
