Thank you Liz! I keep hoping that our three very capable volunteers will look
at the big picture, bury the hatchet & work as a team for the good of the
whole. Many hands make light work & there is plenty of work for all three to
organize an exchange of this size. Whatever happened to
REALLY?!
All this infighting regarding the exchange makes me feel like I'm listening to
a bunch of high schoolers arguing over who gets to be head cheerleader. There
is no cheer in it - Christmas or otherwise. In most groups, it's difficult to
get anyone to volunteer to do anything and now

discuss who would be responsible for different exchanges.
This would solve a lot of problems, by ensuring that everyone knew
ahead of time who would be running an exchange, allowing members to
