pattern - which I now have in front of me - was designed by Janet Mathew, so
I apologise to both her, and Carol Lee.
It may (?) teach me to look before I burst into print - but there again,
probably not.

There is a pattern for a bobbin lace maker in the book Nyplatkaamme,
Let's make bobbin Lace by Eeva-Liisa Kortelahti. It was published in
1988, ISBN 951-99922-3-5. I am not sure if it is still available but
shoulf be in the IOLI library if nowhere else. It is worked in

I was just looking at some pictures of lace displays on some website which right
now...I don't know what the website was but I saw a lace picture of a bobbinlacer.
Does anybody out there know where I can find patterns of bobbinlacers done in
bobbinlace. I would love to make something like

La Encajera (Spanish lacemaking magazine) has a couple of issues with
lacemakers in bobbin lace. Issue No 6 has a simple mouse lacemaker with
pricking, Issue No 16 has a lacemaker on the back

lace lacemaker I
finished a short time ago.
The pricking was adapted from a book Russian Tape Lace Patterns - the original had two
