I'd be tempted to enlarge a simple bookmark pattern to about 300% plus and make it using yarn as a slim scarf. The pattern would make up quick to get you back in the saddle and using the large pattern would work well with getting you back to the pattern. L Kind Regards Liz Baker On 3 May

I have not been making lace for best part of four years and suspect that it won't be easy to return to it, as I suffered a bad injury to my right shoulder with chronic pain as a legacy. But I think the time is right to give it a try. At the time of the accident I was at beginning of intermediate
