It’s a long staple Egyptian cotton thread.  2Z-42 w/cm
Yes, you can substitute it for DMC Broder machine (Retors or Brilliante) 50
but you can’t substitute it for DMC Cordonnet 50 or DMC Coton a Broder 50.
