Dear Jo, this is an amazing resource. It makes little sense to look for
lace in America, except in well known spots, but when in Europe and Britain,
I like to go with lace in mind. Amazing what you can find, and where such a

For questions like these I recently restored the
http://lacemap.github.io/ which has been broken for most major browsers
for a while. You can all help me improve the content, with a private
email or as explained on the page. Though it's only part of the answer
as it doesn't include events.
I think it is the first weekend in May that there is a suppliers fair in
Peterborough if you are still there then.
Malvary in Ottawa who will just have returned from the Lace Guild AGM and
Lace Society Rally so will miss it.
