When I execute my R6RS larceny program, it spits out stuff like this to stdout:
Autoloading (rnrs bytevectors)
Autoloading (rl3 ffi ffi-std)
Autoloading (sqlite3)
Warning: loading source in favor of stale fasl file:

programs (but not for ERR5RS) in Larceny's current
code base (but not in the v0.961 release of

The answer is to clean the cruft out of the RL3 code and merge it into
the master branch.
