I.e. the program manages the full terminal screen and displays its
data in certain areas on screen and reads keystrokes as commands for

Why many components have missing *.lpk files in Lazarus 1.6 DEB installer?
Is this deliberate or a packaging problem?
Tried installing using `lazarus_1.6-0_amd64.deb` and via `apt install
lazarus` on Ubuntu 16. Tree structure of components in DEB is quite
different to Windows or SVN structure.
