[lazarus] How to handle bugs?

Hello, I found a bug and its cure in the class TSqlConnection of unit sqldb.pp What do I do with it? 1) publish it on this list (lazarus@miraclec.com) 2) notify the author (Joost v.d. Sluis) 3) register it in the Lazarus bug tracker 4) register it in the fpc bug tracker thanks
