[lazarus] Windows XP and Windows CE installation

Hi, I noticed that the archive for Windows and the Windows CE are in the download section of sourceforge. My questions are: I want to develop for windows and for windows CE. How to install these archives? In the same directory? Each version in separate directory? -- Pierre
