[lazarus] Lazarus Windows: LazHTMLLite 0.1.1

I must confess that the component is still usable. Though it compiles, when I add it to a form, it gives List index out of bounds (-1)...(-3) and halted Lazarus In the component tree it can be seen that HTMLLite consists of TPanel, Scrollbar, Timer, etc. - don't know why they appear there...
