I agree. It is better in my view to have one file, your Master File, so that
groups can be linked when you learn they should be. You can easily create a
sub-set of your file anytime you wish t share a particular grouping.

Yes, it does read Legacy Files directly but what I use it for is viewing
GEDCOM's. It's a lot quicker to view a GEDCOM in GENViewer than to import
that same GEDCOM in Legacy to view it.

That (filtering messages into a Legacy email folder and sorting/grouping by
subject) is actully a much better solution than digests in that while
digests generate fewer emails, the content is not sorted/grouped by subject
but rather by date.

For the record, it works for me. Duplex is set to Do Not Set in Report
Options. My Default setting for my Brother 5250 laser printer is Duplex.
Duplex is what I get everytime for any report and the Publishing Center.

I agree on your TIFF/JPG comment.
Scan in TIFF. Then create a smaller JPG from that TIFF to keep in the folder
where you have Legacy link to.
In my view, scanning to PDF should only be used to email a copy of a
document to someone.
