Well said. I came to the same conclusion some time ago. Lumping makes sense in theory but the editing problem you cite makes it much more difficult in practice. I think that there are other reasons for splitting as well but it was fixing mistakes or making additons in souce detail that convinced

I have recently found this same line on the individual report. Some have it and some don't. The same info on the family report does not have the line. It seems that if I print the Cause of Death, the next line, usually Event will be horizontally bisected. Take Cause of Death out of the ind.
