Mike, I'm an ex-TMG user myself. You're gonna love Legacy! I find just showing the Citation Previews in the Add Source Detail screen helps get through the sourcing process. That in itself was worth the up-grade from V. 6 to 7.0. It's SO much easier than TMG and as flexible as it needs to be.

Jim and Sherry, I too use gmail and for the most part like it. I have found that it has a pretty effective spam filter so every once in a while I have to go rescue some responses from commercial companies that gmail thinks might be spam. I just tell it it's not spam and thereafter they get
