As you know, Legacy is optimized for four part locations. But you can
enter more than that if you want. GEO just will not find it.
You could enter something like (and I am exaggerating):
Brownsville, Apple Parish, Northern Earth, Countryside, England, Earth

I would contact sales first. Seeing you paid for it, they would want
to keep you happy. Unless, there is a newer version out and they

mis-sorted whenever there is

I have the PDF version which I start and display on my monitor while

In a way, you already can. Try this:
Open Legacy, and open your sample file.
Click on the Index View tab.
Almost at the top right corner is a button labeled: OPTIONS. Click it.
Look for the Tags. I use four. Tag 1 in my paternal grandfather's
family. Tag 2 is my paternal grandmother's family.
Kathie- you might have that unchecked. Try this:
1. Open legacy.
2. Go to Options Colors.
3. Look for a check box labeled 3D Borders. It needs to be checked.

not. You need a version 7 number to unlock deluxe features in Legacy 7.
