I am still using Legacy 5. I was having problems with errors in the
Descendant's Report. After reloading the latest build of Legacy 5, deleting
Legacy .usr files and rebuilding them, as best I can tell, Alternate names
now are not appearing in the Name List nor printing in the Name Index.
I am still using Legacy 5 and have reason to believe that it has been
corrupted. I would like to make a complete new, clean, installation. I am
not very computer savvy and would appreciate instructions in particular
about removal of the old installation before installing a new download.
For several days, I have been getting a request for receipt on messages form

My Family Chart is 1-1/2 ft. wide and 67 ft., yes, ft. long.
Walter, where did you print it?
I didn't, I am going by the box at the bottom of the report that tells the
size. I think I will have to devise some space saving method and go in
sections. Am just playing with the program now.
On the topic of encrytion, i really think that is overkill and dont see the
point in doing such a thing.
Well if you include info on living people, Genealogy files contain a wealth
of info for idenity theft. I don't even include info on living people in
reports I send to Genealogy Libraries

I have been away from Legacy and Genealogy for several months. I know I have

not doing it right as I get a double printout of the person. I have the

To clarify a little, the young man is my niece's son by her first marriage

goes by the adaptive father's name of course.
