Did you accidentally check the event as private in the Add/Edit Event
screen? That will do exactly what you are experiencing.

I have only done this in Notes and Sources, but the single and

You can always cheat by adding a null space (alt +0160) at the end when
creating the second location. You will get a space after the location
(Fullerton, Orange County, California .) in reports, but that is the
price to pay until some real solution can be found.
