I don't know where you live, but here, Sacramento, CA, the FHC has Legacy
installed on all their computers. It seems that who ever tried to get you
to use PAF, is probably not a real Librarian? I would ignore any advice you
get from this person on any subject.

Ok, I've seen what they did!?? Before you print you can change the printer
and its preferences, i.e., paper size. I would think the should have had a
print-set-up button??
Also, will try to print later and see what happens???

There isn't a problem with AHAs. The problem is with the married names.
When you change an RIN to one who is a married woman her married name RIN

Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Problem Changing
Hi Pauline,
I understand about the double S for the name of married women, but this is
not the problem. What happened is that it kept the married names of women
RIN, and now they become associated with the person with the changed RIN.
This is probably an indexing problem when changing RIN?
Thank you Steve for explaining the problem better than I did. Hopefully the
Legacy team will note this and correct the problem.

The real problem is how do I remove those with the same RIN as the desired

I am looking for help on fixing the problem. Maybe the Legacy support team

Hi Jack,
I'd do the following:
1. Open the file you want to split
2. Open the slit screen
3. When it asks if want to open a new file, select yes, and give it a name
for your ancestors.
4. In the main file, select the individual you want their ancestors.
5. Drag and drop the selected person and
