Could anyone tell me whether they have used Pocket Genealogist or GedStar
Pro that are available on the Legacy website. I would like to know which one
works the best for Legacy 7 and what kind of hand held device I need to use
them.
Thank you,

Hello,
Does anyone know if Legacy 7 will run on Apple Computers? I have Legacy
Deluxe and my Dad is looking for a program but he's using an Apple. Since
we'd be working together I'd like it if he could use Legacy also.
Thanks,

Okay, pardon my confusion, but how would you address Virgin Islands. I have

Virgin Islands, Danish West Indies
Or
Virgin Islands, USA
The Virgin Islands are territories of the USA. So how are people designating

I am confused by the use of the GB. I note that neither GB [Great Britain]

John,
There are two places you can put this. If you want to source it all together
with the marriage event itself, you can add the witnesses to the source
detail for marriage;
Or you can add it to marriage notes and source it separately.

Sorry for jumping in on this, but I would never leave him out if he was

My evaluation of non-FTM platforms continues, and this is one of my

Good luck!

Hi,
I just wanted to add to this that you can do the unlink function from either
husband or wife. It does make a difference if you want the children to be
retained by one particular spouse.
If you go to unlink from the wife, the children will be retained by the
husband.
If you go to unlink from
I use a question mark after the uncertain location and that way it has one

Also, this prevents it from being filed in the p's instead of with the
other Smith county records.

Mike,
I think I'm both too. I keep some sources together, particularly those that

Scotland, Wales... I do that mostly because my families are

I have ended up using suffixes
