Is than an error or does it explain your results? ie. you have
suppressed the details but not the name.
Sorry - an omission in my e-mail. I was fairly sure I had ticked
suppress details also, but I have just gone back and run the reports
again to be sure I had ticked

That is also what I think it should be for, but, as you say, which ever
way one looks at it it isn't working. will you be reporting this lot as
bugs?

Did you try resetting the report options? Click on the Reset button in the
lower right corner of the main report options window that you're looking at.

entered in the proper place, or did you just choose
the no living button.
I have never used the below task, so didn't even know
the choice existed. Suppress details for deceased
