Is there a way to toggle the birthday reminder so that is on for everyone?

Hi Lori,
You must have a very small database to make that a feasible use of
the birthday reminder. The window on the Home Tab that shows the
reminder isn't that big.
If you want a Birthday List of everyone in your file, you can do a
Report - use the Calendar List Report.
