Thanks, Ron, that was it. I find it interesting that the montly calendar has the option just to have the YEAR of birth but this list only has to option to have the whole DATE of birth. Obviously if you are on 14 February, you know that the birthdate is 14 Feb! So I guess I will have to add that to

Hi Susan, If you are wanting data in Excel, you are going to the wrong place. Tag the relevant people and then go to the Name List and show that tagged group and use the Print options. Choose the data you want to use and then Save to csv file and open that in Excel. For more detail see my
