Go to the Master Location List. Click on the Sort button at right. Under Pre-defined USA sorts, select the second option: Country, State, County, City. To the right, select Left to Right. Click OK. Make sure a check mark is selected next to the Sort button. --Susan On 1/24/08, [EMAIL PROTECTED]
