After notifying ancestry.com and with their response,  I didn't renew my subscription for a while, but finally did.  I did notify some of the tree owners, the process just goes on on, one copying from another another. Two that I know of then changed their trees to not being seen to the

It is the way the sources are cited on the gedcom that is part of the problem. If copied and pasted into the Legacy database, there is no problem. Also, it is the records that are transcribed, often incorrectly. Having the image available is a great addition and it should always be checked when
