After notifying ancestry.com and with their response, I didn't renew my
subscription for a while, but finally did. I did notify some of the tree
owners, the process just goes on on, one copying from another another. Two
that I know of then changed their trees to not being seen to the

I have checked the box for Italicize, but the ones I already have are not
showing in the report and that is for all the census years. The exclude
boxes are unchecked. What am I doing wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong. The exclusion of people who should be
italicized is a known problem. It has been fixed and will be working in
the next update to Legacy
