Some examples: Mary's baby shower, Bill's confirmation, Bob with Steve at the
river on his Bday. Dates and addresses 'implied'. Maybe number all the loose
photos before creating an album. I hope this helps.

Cliff,
It doesn't really matter whether a Legacy note can or cannot support an HTML
URL, a GEDCOM can't because it is a text only file.

Ron,
Thank you. You are absolutely correct! To do what I want to
accomplish the receiving software would have to be able to recognize
the URL format and also be able to make a hyperlink. It all makes

The report is from Tools - Relationship Calculator
It took several hours to calulate the report. I was able to see the results.
One option is to print a report.
I am getting what I want by doing a 'print screen' and then copy that to a Word
document, but I still would like it to work directly
Cliff,
It is possible! See my web pages for Capt. Daniel Harris at

Ron,
Here is a link to a reply in the archives from Sherry re the Lead Error
you are getting.

The Lead error is from one of the third party tools we use to render

For the second link I have corrected the broken link in the page at the end
of Peter Jones' research notes it now points to the new page as the old one
no longer exists and the author has moved stuff around.

Hi I'm new to this usergroup
Is there a way to create a book (PDF or webpage) , in Legacy family tree, that
will include two different lines of ancestors ?
What I'm trying to achieve is to make one book with my Father's ancestors and
include my Mother's ancestors also. So far I've only been
Use the Publishing Centre. In that you can create a book with any number
of Chapters, each a separate report such as an Ancestor Report for your
Father in one chapter and and Ancestor Report for you Mother in the
other. You will need the Deluxe Edition to use that feature.

Jerry,
You need to look at the book report Lines of Multiple Descent. This is a
descendent which starts with the eldest ancestor(s) of both persons and merges
them.

Cliff,
That is quite correct. The GEDCOM is a text file and not an HTML file, as such
unless a conversion to HTML is applied it will be reproduced, with the HTML as

Saving them? What does that mean?
