Does Version 8 of Legacy (Deluxe) have a simple way to compute the total number of descendants for a particular individual? I checked the archives and see LTools has been used in v7.5, but wonder if the new version now has this capability. Thanks Stan Legacy User Group guidelines:

Stan, Legacy 8 is lacking such a tool.  You can tag all descendants and their spouses and then search for that tag to get the count but Legacy does not take into account the Relationship to Father and Relationship to Mother statuses.  So if you want only biological descendants, Ltools can find

Yes, LFS hasn't worked at all since sometime yesterday. For me, the LFS program starts to initialize but takes about two and a half minutes to get the window displayed completely. Then when I click on something, it hangs again for two and a half or three minutes before getting the screen back to

With further analysis of my problem I'm finding some of these situations are documents that were added years ago in 7.5 or even 7.0. Others were added just prior to the time I upgraded to 8.0---I remember adding them. ALL were saved as documents, not pictures. As it is I've concluded all I can do
