You can change the time span between the children by going to Reports/Other
Reports/Potential Problems/Gaps and set the ‘gap’ time to a larger number – or
– uncheck the box and it won’t give you any more warnings.

After one of the recents update I found this as well - as well as a few
other gap based potential problems.
I checked my gap settings and found that the numbers had changed to crazy
gaps like less than (some crazy high number) months after marriage or
less than (some equally crazy high number)
I have found the same thing – don’t know when it changed.
