If you paste from Onenote directly into the field using MSAccess then it pastes
as text and not an image. It must be something something the programmers have
sitting between the Legacy View and the underlying table which is causing the
problem.

I think the disconnect is that while the note fields are stored as Memo fields
in the database which are plain text only, the Notes windows accessed from the
Individual Information windows are defined as Rich Text Format. When you paste
there, it accepts both text and graphics, but when the

In that case, I would go to the Locations Master List (View Master
Lists Location...) and sort right-to-left (Sort Direction of Sort
Right to Left) so that all locations within one country were listed
together, then all within one
county/state/whatever-it-is-for-each-country, and so on down
