When opening an Individual Information window, the cursor will automatically
appear in the next empty vitals field. Many times people have a birth date
entered but no christening or baptism date entered, thus the cursor will appear

Brian, you had said Alt spacebar in your prior email, which is why I
tried that. I tried Alt Tab, and the only Legacy window that comes up
is the Add a New Master Source dialog box which I am in at this point,
with the run-time error 9 box which comes up as soon as I try to save

Hi Kathy,
There is some advantage to having the images and other files attached to
Legacy in their own file structure rather than mixed with images and

One of the reasons I use a separate folder for pictures attached to

Clicking on Alt Tab simultaneously brings up the menu you cited, as well
as the run-time error '9' menu. The move/close menu appears on top of
the error menu. I am able to move the run-time error 9 menu around the
screen after clicking on move, but this buys me nothing. If I click

some sort of error on my part caused the disconnect and I know I
Marianne,
I actually have that book so I took a look. You can get this by doing an
Ancestor Book report but in the Report Options uncheck everything. You will
only have one extra line after each ancestor and that will be who they married.
Take a look at it and see what you think. You can
That's ok since attachments are not allowed.

Margaret,
There is a problem when you use any formatting in the notes, especially when
you use more than one formatting (bold and underline, for example). Several
different things can happen depending on where in the notes the formatting is.

I have requested this type of report in the past. I think it would be a

This works perfectly if one can get rid of the redundant marriage info:
e.g. John Doe married Jane Roe; Jane Roe married John Doe.
How to do you prevent this from being included in the report?
