I don't have any trouble with the five generation chart except that if you put boxes around the names the font reduces. With the six generation chart the font size changes after the first four generations, and if you put boxes around the names you loose a lot of data in the last two

Open the Pedigree Chart options then the Report Options button and look for the Report Fonts button. But I'm not sure that they make much or any difference in a Pedigree Chart. It's the number of generations that have to fit on a page that determines the font size I think. The simplest thing
