Just go to File - Restore File and choose to restore from the cloud. Remember that the Legacy Cloud only saves one copy of your data backup. When you back up that file again, the cloud backup is overwritten. If you want to check any backup, you can Restore giving it a new name in the process.

Hi Laurie, I really agree with you about the difficulty of version control. I have complained on this LUG about Legacy changing the file date stamp even if you just view a database. Seems as though this isn't a Legacy problem but a problem with the Microsoft database system they use. In my

How would Intellishare work for that? It should merge all records that are the same, and present you with the changes. I think it works automatically. I would first make a backup, perhaps of each one, then just merge the files. I am looking for comments, as I may need to do this myself. Carl
