Legacy support- why hasn't this email been unsubscribed. How many of these
s*p*a*m messages do we have to receive followed by support's warning that
the individual's account had been hacked. It is the same person over and
over again. You do have the ability to unsubscribe this person.

merely stated that support should be able to unsubscribe someone who's
email address has sent multiple bad emails to the list. I'm sorry that in
