[LegacyUG] Ibid does not seem to be working properly

I'm using the v8, build 459. In an ancestors report I have created, ibid does not appear where one would expect it to appear: i.e. by definition, ibid is used to provide an endnote or footnote citation or reference for a source that was cited in the preceding endnote or footnote. When referring
