I had a subscription for years and each year was a battle of some sort or
another, when it came to payment. I finally gave up on them and do not and
will not pay for a subscription. I pay for several other sites to do
research and haven't found it to be a loss to no longer subscribe to their
Ian,
I purchased a 10-year subscription on Feb. 14, 2023 for $747.50 and
received a 50% discount for the first 5 years. I'm in the U.S.
I am very unhappy with the company and am planning to blog about it. I
decided to delete my existing tree on the site as I only maintain one tree

Forwarded another note. I gave up on MyHeritage this year. Royal pain to
get the discounted price way back in 2018. Then my wife commented on the
high charges - discovered MyHeritage had been charging me full price for
the past number of years. I was willing to pay half price and have price

My offer by email was $92.29. I had a little trouble getting them to honor
this price on renewal but eventually they did and just renewed it for an
even $92. It has since auto renewed at that price without any problem. I
kept a copy of the offer which I provided them but I couldn't get it
resolved
There is usually no problem getting refunds for any payments made via
PayPal. I don’t know if this applies for payments made a long time ago.
When I wanted to unsubscribe from My Heritage, I had to search the internet
for a way to do so, because MyHeritage had buried the way, very deeply and
Good luck trying to get any refund.

Hi all,
The economy comes into this conundrum.
If the inflation rate stays static for say 10 years at +10% you divide that
into 72 and you get the value of 7.2 which means your $10 is now worth
only $7.2.
Hope this helps to understand why a positive increase is not a good thing.

On Wed,
No, I am not in Australia but in Canada I have not noticed any
deliberate deception from My Heritage. If there is an error and It was not
mine then I will get it fixed.
The solution to a major complaint would be to quit them.

Do you, like me, live in Australia? I once subscribed to MyHeritage and did

Yep, They are charging me 125US But my Contract was for either 79 or

They said I cancelled but I had no say in that and then the next thing my

Today they are telling me that I was paying for that members subscription.

Are you allowing for the currency difference? My renewals are
approximately US$135. So when converted to Canuck dollars it hurts!

Back when Millennial sold out to Heritage they offered their complete
package for a fixed price.
Does anyone remember the price and or the date that the offer was made?.
It seems that somehow I have had an account switch and price increase. I
am trying to figure out what went astray.
