It is not a default setting, both the picture gallery and the picture
centre are using lowercase in the path names. Since Legacy is a Windows
based program this error does not cause problems locating the pictures
within Legacy. Windows is not case sensitive.

Agreed, it has never been an issue on my PC, Only when the exported gedcom
is used by another program that sees the C and c as two different
locations.
