Use the Copy and Paste buttons on the Event screen. They're under the Help button on the right. You don't have to put your cursor anywhere. Enter the information for one person as you want it. Then click the Copy button. Go to the each of the other people one at a time, open to that same window

Only problem with using the repeat button (which I had noticed but never used before, so I have learnt something) is that it doesn't copy the source. By using the copy icon (two paper pages) and then the paste icon (clipboard with paper on it) on the new person's event screen you can repeat
