Elizabeth, You have to use the Advanced Tagging feature to tag the line or individuals you want to send. Have you read the help file on splitting your family file? Only 3 tags are available with the free version. So if they are all being used then you will have to free one of them up to use it.

I was going to suggest that you send them a report from your data but since you are using the free version you cannot create a PDF report. You could create the report as an RTF or Text and send them that file. The format of RTF and text files is not nearly as pretty as the PDF preview but the
