Don't know if this will help or not, but I had the same problem when I
wasn't using Internet Explorer as my primary for the internet. I was using
Firefox as primary. I had to temporarily make Internet Explorer primary to
download the upgrade, then switch back to Firefox.

My mother's siblings in the family view are out of order according

in the previous version that I used. All other fonts are normal size.
