Kathy, What you are wanting is to be able to add the Main Person's notes to the others. There is a checkbox but it seems it is only active if you include the Role person's notes. It's some time since I tested Shared Events. I think you are finding a bug. I'll check it out later. Cathy At

That is exactly what I want. I checked the little box under the Individual Report menu for event options for Add Event Notes and Add Shared Event Notes - but the only thing that printed out what that this person shared an event with so-and-so. It would be great if it is a bug that could be
