(ID 794 entered in 2006):
Sorting of Index View and Name List when AKA's and/or Married Names
are included may be Brian could add this to that item.

This behavior was happening to me even before I started using ltools, and I
don't use Access, and none of the people it happened

In the Name List Options I had only one tick for Include Married
Names. When I ticked Include Alternate Names it jumps on target to
the correct person. Unticking again it returns to top of list. I don't
know why I would ever not want to Include Alternate Names so I'll
continue to work
I tagged 5 people with the problem, (I'm sure there are more). The
problem occurs when either one is ticked. No problem when both are
ticked or neither is ticked. None of my 5 has an alternate name but 3
have married name

I turned off the Include Married Names at it worked fine!!
I then turned on the Include Alternate Names and got the fault back.
Turning it off again and it worked fine.
