Do you have any indication from when the data may be? At least roughly pre/post licence change (pre-licence change data would naturally pose a number of questions)?
In general attribution of OSM in the context of non-map uses is not particularly good and hasn't been policed at the same level. We probably need to do the same as for map and give a couple of examples of what we would be happy with.
