LR Server 4.05 (1404) Halting

Hello Jud, LR Server is halting. Restarting manually results in an immediate stop. Removing the next-up Incoming message (the one it just logged just before quitting) allows it to proceed without halting again. I can't see anything about the Incoming message that is particularly weird.
