[lftp] Enhancement: lls, lmv, lrm, lcp

LFTP often offers a local equivalent to remote commands, with L (l) prefixes: * cd / lcd * pwd/lpwd Other local operations can be performed by spelling out local operation, e.g. local ls, but it would be nice to have an abbreviated term out of the box. Could the next version of LFTP feature
