1. When a judge knows he lacks
jurisdiction, or acts in the face of clearly
valid statutes expressly depriving him of jurisdiction, judicial immunity is lost. He may be held civilly liable for abuse of process,even though his act involved a decision made in good faith, thinking that he had jurisdiction. Little vs. U.S. Fidelity & Guaranty
Co. 217 Miss. 576, 64 So. 2d 697
2. When a judge acts where he or she does not have jurisdiction to act, the judge is engaged in an act of treason. Miller vs. U.S., 230 F 2d 486-489
3. The claim and exercise of a constitutional right cannot be converted into a crime. Norton vs. Shelby County 118 U.S. 425
