Apparently, we sound alike..? Anyway, it was me who said that he'd try

Hi all,
you might know, there is a QA contest for 4.1 coming up. To promote the
contest, it'd be great to have a banner to advertise it.
All the details on the contest are/should be here:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Projects/Bug_Triage_Contest
There's a proposal for the banner text
Hi all,

Small banner for the top of the page:

Bigger banner to put at the top of Pre-release download page:
Hi Kendy,
No problem there - just give me the RGB values we should use, and I'll
put it there :-)
I experimented with it and thought 213,218,224 looked good. But no

use coloured underlines instead of colouring the whole tab, that was
never visible enough, so I
Hello there,
I tend to push it for rc1. It will be easier to revert to the old code
for rc2 than to push new code for rc2 :-)
You have last chance to stop me ;-)
No, sounds good to me. At least the bottom toolbars seem to be fixed now
and this is what most people probably use.
Of course,
Hi Kendy,
I'd like to ask you to reconsider the decision there ;-)
Sorry that you don't like the new default, though, if you look at my
comment #4 in the bug, you'll probably see that I noted that views vary
wildly on this issue...
Here's my opinion again: it is not a great idea, since you
Hello all,
so, here's an attempt at a UX view at the feature:
* most of the UI looks the same as comparable UI for drawing objects –
which is excellent, because that makes the UIs consistent, and because
it already uses time-tested UI (which of course doesn't mean that it's
absolutely ideal,
